Each cartridge lasts approximately 8–10 weeks, based on around two fills per day. With two cartridges included, you can enjoy approximately 4–6 months of filtered alkaline water, depending on use and incoming water quality.
For best taste and performance, replace your filter cartridge regularly.
First-Time Use and Filter Replacement Instructions
Before using a new filter cartridge:
- Remove the filter from the foil packaging.
- Soak the cartridge in cold water for 15 minutes.
- Insert the cartridge securely into the funnel section of the jug.
- Fill the funnel with water and allow it to filter through.
- Discard the first batch of filtered water.
- Repeat once more and discard the second batch.
- Your Biocera filter is now ready to use.
For best freshness, consume filtered water within 3 days.
