Regular filter replacement helps maintain water flow, freshness and overall performance, so your jug continues to work as intended.

Fitting Instructions

1. Remove the old filter and discard it responsibly.
2. Before installing the new filter, remove it from the packaging.
3. Flush the new filter under cold running tap water for 30 seconds.
4. Insert the new filter into the reservoir, making sure it is aligned correctly with the grooves.
5. Fill the jug and allow the water to pass through before use.
6. If the water flow slows during use, remove the filter and shake it 3 to 5 times before placing it back into the jug.

When to Replace Your Filter

For best results, we recommend replacing your CARA Advanced Alkaline Water Filter approximately every 2 months, depending on water quality and usage.

Replace sooner if:
