Returns and Warranty

Under our Returns & Warranty Policy, you may return or exchange an item if it is faulty or if you have received the wrong item.

Items must be:

  • In the original packaging, including instruction manuals and all accessories.
  • Unused and in its original condition.
  • Returned within 7 days of purchase.

What do we need from you?

  • Proof of purchase (original purchase receipt to your nominated email address).

Do we offer replacements or exchanges?

Yes, we do. If you have received a damaged or defective item due to manufacturing fault, if we have been notified within a reasonable time, we will happily send you a replacement after the product has been inspected.

Factors such as age, price, the item's condition, and the disclosures made about the item may be relevant to your return and refund rights under the Australian Consumer Law, known as the Customer Guarantee Policy. The Australian Consumer Law also applies to used and refurbished items.
