Returns and Refunds

We want you to love your Cara Water products and enjoy the confidence of knowing you’ve made the right choice for your home and family. If something isn’t quite right, our Returns & Warranty Policy makes it simple to arrange a return, replacement, or refund.

 

When can I return or exchange an item?

You may return or exchange an item if:

  • It is faulty or defective.

  • You have received the wrong item.


Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • In their original packaging, including all instruction manuals and accessories.

  • Unused and in their original condition.

  • Returned within 7 days of purchase.


What we need from you

  • Proof of purchase (the original receipt sent to your nominated email address).


Replacements & Exchanges

Yes — we do offer replacements or exchanges.

  • If your item is damaged or defective due to a manufacturing fault, and you notify us within a reasonable timeframe, we’ll happily arrange a replacement once the product has been inspected.

  • If you have received the wrong item, we’ll make it right as quickly as possible.

Your Rights under Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in our Returns & Warranty Policy replaces your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Depending on the circumstances, you may be entitled to a replacement, repair, or refund. Factors such as the item’s age, price, condition, and any disclosures made at the time of purchase may be relevant to your rights. Please note the ACL also applies to used and refurbished items.
